Every Sunday our middle school and high school students gather to have fun, hang out, and grow in their understanding of Jesus. We meet in the loft inside the gym for games, teaching, food, and small group time.

DISCOVERING JESUS
Midtown Students is modeled after the passage from Luke 24, where Jesus appears to some of his followers on the way to the town of Emmaus. These disciples know a lot about Jesus, but it wasn’t until they had a communal interaction with Him and each other that they recognized Jesus for who he truly was. He was not just a great teacher or prophet, but he is the Son of God and savior of the world.
Our aim is to create space for students to develop a relationship with Jesus in the same way His disciples did. We will be together, talk about the scriptures, share our struggles, enjoy a meal, and just do life together. The road to Emmaus led to Jesus, and as we walk it together, we will no doubt find Him in the same way.
