Matt Tolander serves as the Spiritual Formation Pastor at Midtown and has called Austin home for more than twenty-five years. Matt is passionate about making mature apprentices of Jesus who experience intimacy and interactivity with God. Prior to joining Midtown in 2017, Matt worked primarily with college students in church and parachurch settings as a Bible teacher and ministry practitioner. He holds degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and Concordia University Texas and loves music, film, traveling, and the Atlanta Braves.
